Orders ship within 1-2 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. An email notification will be sent with tracking information once your order ships. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Box, APO, or FPO addresses.

We ship internationally to most global destinations for $50. For confirmation on international shipping, please email email@example.com.
For all orders shipping outside of the United States the recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Please note we cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery including customs clearance.
We reserve the right to decline any orders.
PRE-ORDER AND CUSTOM ITEMS
All pre-ordered or customized pieces take 3 to 4 weeks to produce. If you need something sooner than that please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to see what we can do.
Custom pieces are not eligible for return.
RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
We want to make sure you that you find the perfect piece so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day full money-back guarantee.
*Please note: Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This means the hoops are not returnable, but the charms are.
- Please email us at email@example.com to let us know about the return.
- After receiving an email back from us with return instructions please ship the item back. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 14 days from date of receipt. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit and recommend that you insure the package.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, are damaged, or altered in any way cannot be returned. This includes engraving, resizing of rings, adjusting chain lengths, etc.
- Once we receive the return, your refund/credit will be made via the same method as original payment. If payment was made via credit card, please allow 7 to 10 business days once the refund is processed to show on your statement, depending on your issuing bank.
